We are a high-performance precision machining operation supporting defense, aerospace, medical, and advanced industrial programs. Our shop focuses on complex 5-axis and mill-turn machining, tight tolerances, and disciplined execution—without legacy baggage or bureaucracy.

This role is for a senior-level CNC machinist / programmer who can take solid models, turn them into clean Siemens NX toolpaths, and see those programs through prove-out and production with clarity and ownership.

What You’ll Do

• Program complex 5-axis CNC components from solid models through production release

• Develop advanced toolpaths using Siemens NX (multi-axis, surfacing, adaptive strategies)

• Support machines running Siemens and Heidenhain CNC controls

• Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and the shop floor on NPI and production work

• Support first-article runs, prove-outs, and continuous improvement efforts

• Optimize cycle time, tool life, and process stability without sacrificing quality

• Create and maintain clean, production-ready programs, setups, and documentation

• Troubleshoot machining issues and drive repeatable execution on the floor

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience programming 5-axis and/or mill-turn CNC machines

• Strong proficiency in Siemens NX for multi-axis machining

• Hands-on knowledge of Siemens and Heidenhain CNC controls

• Background machining complex components for:

• Defense

• Aerospace

• Oil & Gas
