About the Opportunity

We're partnering with a well-established, highly respected name in Michigan's tile, stone, and flooring industry to find their next Delivery Driver. Our client operates a fully integrated system from design through installation, backed by multiple showrooms and a strong reputation across both commercial and residential projects. They're looking to add a reliable, experienced driver who knows how to handle and transport fragile, high-value materials without damage or delay.

The Role

Our client is looking for a Delivery Driver to safely and carefully transport tile, stone, and flooring materials from the warehouse to job sites using company flatbed and box truck equipment. This role requires someone who understands how to properly load, secure, and handle fragile and delicate materials to prevent breakage or damage in transit.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 23-foot box truck and flatbed truck to deliver materials to job sites
• Carefully load, secure, and transport tile, stone, and other fragile flooring materials, using proper techniques to prevent breakage or damage
• Coordinate delivery schedules and routes to ensure materials arrive on time
• Communicate with warehouse and project management staff to confirm delivery details and job site requirements
• Inspect vehicles before and after use, reporting any maintenance needs
• Assist with loading and unloading materials at the warehouse and job site
• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain necessary signatures/confirmations upon delivery

What Our Client Is Looking For

• 3–5 years of relevant driving experience
• Experience transporting fragile or high-value materials (tile, stone, glass, or similar) strongly preferred
• Tile, stone, or flooring industry background preferred
• Valid Chauffeur's license required
• Experience operating a 23-foot box truck and flatbed truck required
• Clean driving record and clean background required
• Strong attention to detail and care when handling product
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and loading materials

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
